This simple dish of pasta with olive oil, garlic and mushrooms will have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. But, you'll want to savor every bite.

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, reserving a quarter cup of the pasta water.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add garlic, mushrooms and salt and sauté for about 5-7 minutes. The mushrooms should be soft and the garlic golden.
- Add the reserved pasta water to the pan and stir to incorporate.
- Add drained spaghetti noodles to the skillet and stir to coat with olive oil mixture.
- Top with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
