Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese low fat or fat free
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces toasting optional
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey organic recommended
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
Servings: people
Instructions
- Toss greens, cranberries, cheese and walnuts in large bowl.
- Mix vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until well blended.
- Pour over salad; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
