- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 6 oz greek yogurt plain, nonfat
- 3/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
- handful ice cubes

Instructions
- Toss ingredients into your blender, starting with the almond milk and topping it off with the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
